Saarbrücken RealObjects today announced the official release of PDFreactor Version 7.
PDFreactor 7.0.7174 is a major upgrade with great new features:
- It now supports CSS3 Regions, a cutting-edge layout feature to control text flow.
- Besides PDF/A-1a there is now also support for PDF/A-3a, which allows significantly more PDF features than the older archival format.
- Also new is support for CSS3 Running Elements which enables you to create headers and footers from existing or dynamically added content.
- It is now also possible to add interactive comments to the generated PDF, which can be configured via CSS.
- Canvas element graphics are now added to PDFs as resolution independent vector graphics, if possible, resulting in unmatched print quality.
