RealObjects reserves all rights to change the pricing and licensing terms for its products and services at any time. All prices are in EUR (€) and USD ($) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) and sales tax. We primarily sell through resellers. The Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) of all RealObjects software products is EAR99.

Customers within the European Union (EU) have to provide a valid European VAT Identification Number. We do not sell directly to EU customers without a valid VAT ID.

Prices in currencies other than USD and EUR are converted by our e-commerce reseller Cleverbridge. Cleverbridge applies its own exchange rates and conversion rules, which may include a surcharge, so the amount shown at checkout can differ from a direct conversion of the listed price.

The PDFreactor Software License Agreement is applicable.

Our product portfolio and service offering is only suitable for corporate customers, public authorities, educational institutions or any other commercial and non-commercial organizations.

Support Level

To maximize the value of your investment in our technology, and to help you reach your business objectives, the subscription and all our licenses include support and maintenance according to the PDFreactor Software License Agreement, such as priority technical support, maintenance releases, updates and upgrades.

Additional services are also provided under the scope of a tier-based support level and consulting hours, available only for subscription customers and subject to change without prior notice.
